This month, we shine a light on the International Partnerships Team, led by Pierre-Emmanuel PARET, Head of International Partnerships who works closely with teams across 80 markets and 65 international partners worldwide to expand Besins Healthcare’s global presence.
Who are they?
A vibrant, multicultural team spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Latin & North America. Despite working across five continents, they stay connected and aligned in their mission: expanding Besins Healthcare’s global presence and improving women’s and men’s health worldwide.
Clear goals, constant communication, mutual trust, and quick responsiveness keep the team tight-knit. As Jeremy RIGAUD, Regional Business Director (Asia Pacific & Maghreb), says, “We’re decentralized but in constant touch, like a commando unit—all focused on pushing forward.”
What drives them?
A shared commitment to create value for patients, healthcare professionals, and partners. Liliana HINOJOSA (Latin America & Canada) sums it up: “We’re motivated by improving patients’ quality of life through innovative therapies.”
For them, teamwork is more than just a word—it’s a motto grounded in open, transparent communication and a mindset of trust and support. Mohammed MOHIUDDIN, Regional Business Manager (Middle East & Africa) adds, "It's only with a resourceful team that we can become extraordinary and achieve above & beyond." Evgenia OSIPOVA, Regional Business Manager (Europe) reminds us that: “We all rely on each other - that makes collaboration easier.”
